ACL improvements on samba shares

Description

When a new share is created an ACL is added on the directory.

Currently it looks like: group:groupe_name:rwx

A default acl should be added to ensure "groupe_name" will always have "rwx" rights on files and subdirectories. Ie: default:group:groupe_name:rwx

Same things should be done for users, as well as public shares (default:others:rwx).
