Description

On user account edit page, add the "Employee manager" field, bound to the "manager" LDAP field. A link allow to go to the manager edit page.

This field auto-completes when typing in, displaying matching directory users.

In LDAP, the field contains the DN of another user.

When deleting a user, extra checks should be done to remove it from the manager field of other users.
